Most places you find on the internet nowadays are run by people who started small but got big (such as ProBlogger.net.) The key to making money online is time. If you have patience to take things step by step and do the work, you could be making large amounts of money in the long run. If you have a blog of your own, you could be making some easy money in just a few simple steps. Here’s how:
- Go to AdSense.com.
- Click the big “Sign Up Now” button.
- Go through and do the prompts. (If you’re under the age of 18, you’ll need a parent’s name and permission.)
- Validate your email address by going to your email inbox and clicking the link that’s sent to you.
- Check your email inbox every hour for the next 24 hours if you’re impatient. (I got my email from Google in less than 12 hours.)
- Sign in to your account.
- On the first page when you log in, find the red box at the top right hand corner of the screen and click the “More Details” link.
- Finish filling out your tax information.
- Select your method of payment.
- Read this all the way through. (This step isn’t required but will help you out a whole lot.)
- Go through making ads for your site. Remember, only 3 ad units are allowed per page and you aren’t allowed to click the ads yourself or ask anyone else click them for you.
- Start making $ by putting quality content onto your site.
AdSense won’t make you a millionaire overnight, but if you keep working at your site and market it well, you could have money pouring in daily. All you need is traffic for you site.
It takes time which is of key importance. Make your own blog for free at WordPress.com or Blogger.com.
